We can offer a galvanised cold formed steel framework solution suitable for buildings 5m to 15m clear span and any desired length.  The wall and roof have profiled pvc-coated metal cladding available in many colours.  This is complimented with high quality roller shutter and personnel doors.  The arrangement is ideal solution if you are seeking a metal shed to use as garden shed, insulated steel workshop or metal garage.

The components are manufactured as cold formed sections from high strength steel   to form structurally efficient size and shape.  The galvanised finish gives a pleasing visual appearance that is maintenance free and does not require further painting.  The main frame sections are constructed as a portal frame.  This enables a sloping roof without horizontal ties and maximises available head height.

The cladding material has a manufacturers guarantee of 25 years.  The roof cladding has condensation resistant finish as standard.  As an option insulated cladding can be provided.  Flashings are provided at corners and barges.  These can be provided in contrasting colours as a feature to the building.  Metal gutters and downpipe complete the external package

The components are lightweight.  They are easily transported and so provide a solution to a site with limited access.  The main portal frames are joined with specially designed bolted connections.  All construction work requires no specialist tools or welding equipment.

 

The building is available as flat pack supply only or we can quote for supply and erection of the complete steel shed in Northern Ireland.

 

Manufacture and Supply of the typical steel building is usually it terms of weeks and erection on prepared base foundations can be completed in a matter of days.
